
I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company, as my experience has been a frustrating and disappointing one. Despite four engineer visits, the problem remains unresolved, and I'm left with a malfunctioning dishwasher.

I'm incredibly disappointed with the quality of both the product and the customer service I've received from Whirlpool.

However, instead of providing a clear and honest report detailing the faults, they've submitted vague reports that conveniently fail to disclose any specific issues. What's particularly frustrating is that these engineers seem to be aware that there's something seriously wrong with the appliance, as they've admitted they can't do anything to make it wash properly. Needless to say, their visits have done nothing to resolve the problem. These engineers spent a mere 30 minutes at my place, during which they essentially pressed a few buttons and left, assuring me that the dishwasher would magically improve. To make matters worse, when I contacted the company regarding these problems, they not only refused to provide a refund or replace the machine, but they also sent engineers to assess the situation. The appliance has consistently performed poorly since day one, and it seems like there's no end in sight to the issues I'm facing.
